FULL-SERVICE PLANNING & COORDINATION ($4,850)

 

~ This is an all-inclusive package ~

  • Unlimited contact via phone and email throughout the entire wedding planning process

  • Monthly meetings from the time of your booking until your wedding day

  • Provides master planning checklist and other useful planning documents

  • Budget creation and management

  • Vendor Research, Selection, and Management of all Vendors

  • Rentals Management

  • Logistics Planning

  • Access to our inventory and decor

  • Travel and hotel block assistance

  • Option to add assistant(s) depending on the size of your wedding

PARTIAL PLANNING &

COORDINATION ($2,850)

~ Up to 8 hours of client meetings before your wedding ~

 

  • Unlimited contact via phone, email or text throughout the entire wedding planning process

  • Includes Month-of Coordination services

  • Budget management and planning tools

  • Research and recommendations for all remaining vendors needed

  • Creation of the vendor contact list and set up

  • Review of all contracts and venue floor plans

  • Hotel Block assistance

  • Option to add assistant depending on the size of your wedding

MONTH-OF/DAY-OF

COORDINATION ($1,950)

~ Includes up to 10 hours on the day of the event ~

 

  • Initial call to gather & discuss details and vision

  • Final follow-up with Bride and all vendors starting 1 month before the wedding

  • Venue walk-through to finalize wedding day floor plans

  • Creation of the wedding day timeline and its distribution to vendors

  • Coordination of the final details, including confirmation of arrivals/pick-up times

  • Rehearsal direction

  • Ceremony and reception coordination and management

"IT SEEMED LIKE FATE THAT WE MET JULIE."

We had a tropical storm set to come through the weekend of our wedding, so the week leading up to it was stressful (to say the least). Julie worked with me to come up with a plan A and B that I was truly happy with. She also worked with the venue and vendors to make sure that everything was set up for the indoor and outdoor plan. Our wedding went off without a hitch and if there was anything not perfect I would have never known. Julie and her assistant took care of it all. If you are getting married I cannot recommend Julie enough.
